Affordable Dentistry Services for All Ages

Tyhee Dental has all the affordable dentistry services, as well as cosmetic dentistry options, for every person in your family. Some of our most-requested services include:

This is typically known as a checkup where cleanings take place. In most cases, we will want to see you twice per year to get preventive dental maintenance. This helps us see what is happening in your mouth, and enables us to diagnose any potential problems before they become too big.
Extractions. Although we always recommend keeping your natural teeth if you can, extractions are sometimes necessary. In these cases, we perform extractions in-house. You can choose comfortable sedation dentistry options if desired to make the procedure even more relaxed.
Root Canals. A root canal is a procedure where the inside of the tooth is cleaned out due to damage that has occurred at the nerve and tooth pulp level. Root canals are actually not painful, and are expertly handled by the Tyhee Dental team.
Even if your bite is only subtly misaligned, you can wind up feeling uncomfortable every time you move your jaw, such as when you bite down on food during chewing. Occlusal adjustments at our office help reduce the stress on your jaw and teeth, and give you a more perfect bite.
Myofunctional disorders occur when the tongue does not move precisely during speaking and chewing, as well as at rest. In this case, myofunctional therapy can assist in treating this condition.
Accidents and unexpected occurrences happen that require emergency dentistry. As your dentist in Smithers, BC, we are available 24/7 for emergency needs.
We love working with children at Tyhee Dental! Our entire staff is passionate about developing a good rapport with our younger patients, and teaching them how to properly care for their teeth. If you have a child who requires dental services, we want to meet him or her!
